End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Job Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Job Portal, as your continued use confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
2. Grant of License
2.1 Applicant License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Job Portal solely for the purpose of searching for job opportunities and applying for jobs. You may not use the Job Portal for any other purpose, including but not limited to, commercial use, data mining, or unauthorized access to the Job Portal's systems.
Note: Applicants should conduct due diligence when dealing with job providers on this platform. Winners’ Job Hub or any of its affiliates shall not be held accountable or liable for any misuse, misguidance, or loss of any kind resulting from an applicant’s use of this platform.
2.2 Recruiter License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Job Portal for the purpose of posting job openings, screening resumes, and communicating with applicants. You may not use the Job Portal for any other purpose, including but not limited to, spamming, harassment, or unauthorized access to the Job Portal's systems.
Note: Job providers should conduct due diligence when dealing with applicants on this platform. Winners’ Job Hub or any of its affiliates shall not be held accountable or liable for any misuse, misguidance, or loss of any kind resulting from its use of this platform.
3. User Obligations
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Job Portal.
- Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Job Portal in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that the Job Portal and its content, including but not limited to, software, text, images, and logos, are protected by intellectual property rights.
- Confidentiality: You agree to keep confidential any confidential information you may obtain through the Job Portal.
4. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Job Portal at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of this EULA.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Job Portal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Job Portal.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the Job Portal.
